General Care & Maintenance of our Furniture
Painted panels should only be cleaned using mild detergent cleansers, with a well rung cloth. Solvents or abrasives must be avoided as these will damage the surface of the panel. Handles must also be cleaned in the same way using only a damp cloth.
The surface sheen of timber doors can be maintained with applications of household polish ensuring it is dried thoroughly afterward.
Looking after your furniture is as important to us as it is you. That is why to supplement your own care we offer an additional commissioning service available at any time after the installation of your furniture.
The service includes for our commissioner to come and visit your home for a day, during which he will perform a general commission; adjusting doors and drawers for alignment, attending to any minor scratches and marks, carrying out as much work as possible during his stay. If for any reason there is any damage to furniture that would require further attention than that achievable on his visit, he will be able to advise you of this and then organise for an estimate to be drawn up for you.
For a small cost the commissions will help to ensure that your furniture remains at its best and is enjoyed for many more years to come. If you would like to organise a commission all you would need to do is contact the Marketing Department on 01623 756 080 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. They will take your details, arrange payment and organise a suitable commission date for you.
